Q: Do you take insurance?
I take most Aetna and United PPO plans. Otherwise, I am an out-of-network provider. Many clients use superbills for reimbursement. If requested, my team can provide superbills and assistance with this process.
Q: What is EMDR?
An evidence-based approach that helps the brain process trauma uniquely, repairing ruptures that limit connection and true embodiment of self and the world around us. See blog post Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy for more information.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled session. A full session cost fee is applied to late cancellations and no-shows.
Q: Do you only work with certain groups of people?
I specialize in working with individuals with PTSD or C-PTSD. However, I have extensive experience in working with mood disorders like depression and Bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and impulse control disorders. I welcome all adults seeking healing and growth.
